Frail Care
Carers help with patients’ daily activities like feeding, bathing, dressing, toileting, lifting and moving, and administering medications. Our carers have the patience, the ability to multi-task, be a good listener, and to show kindness and empathy.

Post-op Care
Our carers carry out all the practical care aspects including meal preparation, bathing, dressing, simple wound care, and catheter and colostomy bag maintenance, etc.

Alzheimer's/Dementia Care
Carers treat the patient with friendship, dignity, and respect. They will help with managing the following needs: eating and nutrition, hygiene, continence, and sleeping habits. Our carers will also help manage memory loss, confusion, and aggression by means of cognitive activities.

Parkinson's Care
Care for physical, emotional, and practical needs for movement, thinking, and daily living.

8-24 Hours Care
8 Hours (Mon–Fri): Your workday, their care day.
12 Hours: Get some sleep, ours sleep in the day.
24 Hours: Around the clock, because caring never takes a break.

Live-in Care
When distance keeps you away, we step in to stay. Two carers work alternative weeks.

Home Assessment & Regular Visits
Our Registered Nurses will assess patient’s health and level of care needed. They set up a care plan for the carers to follow and supervise the carers by regular patient visits and constant communication.

Care Plan
Discuss your routine with our Registered Nurse and she incorporates this with her health care plan for better time management.

Wound Care
Our Registered Nurse manages wound care, help with relieving pain, educating the patient and family, and monitoring healing to promote recovery and prevent complications.

Mobility Devices
We help with sourcing mobility devices, scooters, hospital beds and bedlinen.

Home Visit from a GP
We refer to Kimoramed to provide top health care at home. IV therapy, wound care, Palliative care, Frail care, blood tests. Will do virtual consultations too.

Physiotherapy
We refer to Physiotherapy@Home for pain management, post-operative exercises to get you back on your feet.

Occupational Therapy
Occupationaltherapy@Home for our cognitive declining patients. Stay tuned for our Cognitive Activity Packs.
